By placing an order with Carbon Mind or using any product or service offered on www.CarbonMind.cloud, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Products and Services
Carbon Mind sells physical hardware devices and related services.
When you purchase a CARBON MIND OS USB (or any similar product), you are paying for:
- The physical USB storage device (hardware)
- Professional preparation, flashing, and pre-installation of the selected operating system onto the device
- Quality assurance, testing, and secure packaging
- Associated support and delivery services
You are not purchasing any software license for the operating system itself.
2. Nature of the Operating System
The operating system installed on CARBON MIND OS USB devices is a customized Linux-based distribution. All Linux distributions and their components are free and open-source software released under licenses such as the GNU GPL and other FOSS licenses. Carbon Mind does not sell, license, or claim ownership of the operating system or any included open-source software.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are final. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor. You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, which covers the physical device and the preparation/flashing/installation service only.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are shipped worldwide via tracked carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Hardware and completed flashing services are non-refundable once the device has been prepared and shipped.
- Defective hardware may be replaced within 14 days of receipt if returned in original condition with proof of defect.
- No refunds are available for “buyer’s remorse” or change of mind.
6. Warranty
The physical USB device carries a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The pre-installed operating system and any software are provided “AS IS” with no warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbon Mind and Felicity Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product or services.
8. Intellectual PropertyCarbon Mind retains all rights to its trademarks, branding, and proprietary preparation processes. The underlying Linux operating system and included open-source components remain under their respective open-source licenses.
9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All Linux-based operating systems and software components shipped on CARBON MIND devices are free open-source software and may be obtained, used, modified, and redistributed without charge under their respective licenses. CARBON MIND USB design could vary slightly in shape, appearance, and color.
